Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Michigan is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality. You will perform wellness assessments, monitor care needs and uphold safe medication practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating with families and care teams, auditing MAR/TAR, and maintaining documentation to meet regulatory standards. A license and strong clinical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• 1+ year experience in a senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of medication administration and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
