Qualifications

• RN/ LPN license active and in good standing.
• Passion to work with our amazing seniors.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Willing to take 2-step TB test.

Responsibilities

• Wound care.
• Medication management.
• Provide nursing services to residents.
• Communication with families and physicians.
• Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments.
• Hands-on nursing care.
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians.
• Communicate care plan changes to staff.
• Audit eMARS, med cart.
• Participate in training of care staff.
