Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care, treatment, and medication administration to assigned residents.
• Monitor residents' condition and report per plans of care.
• Oversee ancillary care staff in absence of Wellness Director.
• Provide personal care and ADL assistance.
• Maintain shift-to-shift reports.
• Transcribe physician orders and obtain orders.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate follow-up.
