Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and clinical oversight for assisted living and memory care residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions per care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and changes in condition accurately and timely
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to support individualized care
• Respond to emergencies, perform basic triage, and follow safety protocols
• Support onboarding, coaching, and guidance of care team members
• Participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
