Hy‑Vee is seeking a HealthMarket Clerk to join our HealthMarket department. You will help keep products fresh, assist customers, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. You’ll support customers with product location, questions, and wellness product assistance while upholding Hy‑Vee policies and a team-friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math for simple calculations and record-keeping.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Stay organized and pace yourself in a busy department.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them feel welcome.
• Assist customers with locating products and handling heavy purchases.
• Educate customers with product suggestions and answer questions.
• Assist homeopathic and natural wellness product customers without medical instruction.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock as needed.
• Anticipate daily product needs and maintain a production list.
• Check in product, store it properly, and review invoices.
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep the department clean.
• Maintain hygiene and dress code per Hy-Vee policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support other store areas and participate in special projects.
