Job summary

SYNERGY STAFFING LLC is seeking a compassionate Wellness Therapy RN for Tarzana, CA. The role focuses on NAD+ IV and infusion therapies in a modern wellness and regenerative medicine setting, requiring strong IV skills and clinical judgment.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of RN experience, California RN license, and BLS certification. This in-person position offers per diem with potential full-time hours, with digital documentation and patient-centered care throughout.

Qualifications

• Active California RN License required.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong peripheral IV insertion skills.
• Experience with IV therapy or infusion nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor NAD+ IV infusions, Myers' Cocktail, vitamin infusions, hydration therapy, and other IV treatments.
• Initiate peripheral IV access and maintain IV lines during treatment.
• Assist with provider-ordered regenerative medicine treatments within RN scope.
• Conduct pre-treatment assessments and obtain vital signs.
• Monitor patients and respond to adverse or infusion reactions.
• Maintain digital medical documentation and patient records.
