Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a General Maintenance Engineer for Miraval Berkshires, a world-class resort. The role focuses on general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas, with preventative maintenance for rooms and public spaces.

Experience with mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment is valued, along with pool care and water testing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years building maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Pool operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front of the house.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team and guests.
• Care for pools and water features, including pool testing and maintaining water quality.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience is a plus.
