Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across all levels of care, including daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.

You will monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, report changes to supervisors promptly, and prioritize safety, comfort, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent state-approved training.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance if transporting residents.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$17.28 - $21.58 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
