Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Home Services Lifestyle Specialist to deliver lifestyle services with a strong emphasis on resident safety and dignity. You will monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes, while ensuring comfort and security in a non hands-on support role.

This position is on-site and offers a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with customer service experience.

Competenze

• 3+ months customer service experience preferred.
• If transporting residents, must have a valid state driver’s license and insurance.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Lifestyle Specialist position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality lifestyle services, while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity. Monitors residents' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor. This role does not perform any hands-on services.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three months' customer service experience is preferred
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$15.45 - $20.86 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
