Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Home Services Lifestyle Specialist to deliver compassionate lifestyle services to residents while prioritizing safety, comfort and dignity. This role does not perform hands-on care but coordinates activities and monitors well‑being.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to supervisors, coordinating with care teams, and supporting residents’ daily living activities. Requires strong customer service skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months' customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance if transporting a resident.

• Deliver compassionate lifestyle services while prioritizing resident safety, comfort and dignity; does not perform hands-on services.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes to the supervisor.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Lifestyle Specialist position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality lifestyle services, while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity. Monitors residents' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor. This role does not perform any hands-on services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three months' customer service experience is preferred
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$15.45 - $20.86 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
