Job summary

Holistic Industries in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Wellness Guide for full-time in-store support. You will deliver a friendly, welcoming customer experience, share cannabis knowledge, and help customers explore products while maintaining accuracy at the POS.

You will contribute to an inclusive team environment, uphold high service standards, and support associates to drive repeat visits and store success.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of cannabis products preferred.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
