Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Wellness Guide in Logan, OH to join our team full-time. You will help customers with friendly, informed service and share knowledge about cannabis products and trends to enhance their experience.

You'll contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere, handle POS transactions with accuracy, and work collaboratively to support our team. A passion for cannabis and exceptional communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cannabis knowledge and enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
