Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to change the narrative on wellness and healing, inspiring clients to thrive.
• Provide personalized counseling that addresses physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Bring passion for entrepreneurship and contribute to our mission collaboratively.
• Work independently and as part of a team, with flexible scheduling.
• Support business growth through client relationship management.
• Assist with credentialing processes for insurance panels if needed.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards, including State Board requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPC (or eligible in Alabama); other licenses considered upon verification.
• Passion for wellness, mindset, and making a positive impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in holistic wellness counseling preferred.
• Credentialed with insurance panels or willingness to pursue credentialing.
• Good standing with the State Board and ability to pass background checks.
