Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC (DBA: CLFC Healthcare and Communications) is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to deliver the workplace wellness, orientation, and training aspects of an Employee Assistance Program serving the City of Cleveland workforce. This role focuses on awareness, engagement, education, and utilization rather than clinical counseling.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, health education, wellness, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in workplace wellness, health promotion, benefits communication, or training coordination.
• Demonstrated group presentation and facilitation skills with adult audiences.
• Strong scheduling and logistics management across multiple worksites.
• Professional written and verbal communication, including outreach materials.
• Based in the Cleveland metro area with reliable transportation.
• Availability for some early morning and evening sessions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the annual wellness, training, and outreach calendar with client HR and leadership.
• Deliver employee orientation sessions explaining program, confidentiality, and access to services.
• Deliver supervisor training on recognizing performance concerns and referrals.
• Plan and present lunch-and-learn sessions on stress management and health topics.
• Represent the program at benefit fairs, enrollment events, safety meetings, and other gatherings.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics across office, safety, and field worksites for shifts.
• Distribute and maintain program materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content.
• Track participation and campaign results; assist in quarterly reporting.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff per program protocol.
