Cascade Living Group’s Meadow Creek Village is seeking a Wellness Director RN to lead the nursing team and collaborate with community leaders to meet residents’ comprehensive needs.

You will maintain an active RN license, supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure accurate clinical documentation while promoting Cascade Living’s mission and culture of wellness. Weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Strong communication with residents families and staff.
• Leadership and mentoring of nursing team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursing staff to maintain high quality care for residents.
• Coordinate resident appointments treatments and procedures.
• Review routines calendars and staff schedules.
• Assist with new resident orientation and transition to community.
• Develop update service plans and monitor resident status.
• Coordinate admissions and discharges and maintain documentation for physicians.
