Description

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as their healthcare needs change. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community. The level of Health & Wellness Director (HWD) is determined based on the total complexity of the role, considering factors such as size, product lines, medication management regulations, assessment requirements, licensure, state regulations, and skilled services requiring an RN.

We are seeking a passionate clinical leader for the RN / LPN - Health & Wellness Director (DON) position at Brookdale Northwest Greensboro, an Assisted Living community in Greensboro, NC. As Director of Nursing, you will lead and manage the clinical team to provide high-quality care and services. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor staff, and enhance resident and family satisfaction.
