The successful candidate will have an active SC LPN/RN license, several years in long-term care, and leadership experience to drive staffing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across the campus.

• Minimum 3 years in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of South Carolina assisted living regulations.
• Experience with resident assessments, care planning, and medication management.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a supportive leadership style.

Your Role

• Lead daily clinical operations across assisted living and memory care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support caregivers, medication technicians, and nursing staff.
• Oversee medication management, including med cart audits and staff training.
• Maintain compliance with South Carolina assisted living regulations and community policies.
• Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate, current Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
• Partner with families, physicians, and the Executive Director to coordinate resident care.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and follow through on opportunities for improvement.
• Manage staffing schedules, ensure appropriate coverage, and monitor overtime.

What You Bring

• An active South Carolina LPN or RN license.
• At least 3 years of experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of South Carolina assisted living regulations.
• Experience with resident assessments, care planning, and medication management.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a supportive, accountable leadership style.
