Job summary

Csuaoa is seeking an ASI Wellness Director in California, responsible for establishing a comprehensive wellness program for the CSUF campus. This role involves developing initiatives that address the diverse wellness needs of students through collaboration with various university departments and community partners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a background in public health and experience in program management. The position includes a competitive salary range of $95,000 – $110,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing wellness programs.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Proven track record in program development and evaluation.

• Develop and implement a strategic wellness plan aligned with ASI’s mission.
• Engage directly with students to understand their health needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs.
