About the Director of Nursing Position

As Director of Nursing, you will lead the clinical team to deliver high-quality care, build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers, and collaborate with community leadership to enhance resident and family satisfaction.

Compensation will be based on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses; temporary staff are not benefits-eligible but can participate in the 401(k).
