Job summary

Vitality Living in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a dynamic Wellness Director to lead health and wellness for our senior living community. You will supervise wellness staff, ensure resident rights, and coordinate care across medical, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs to create meaningful experiences for residents and families.

The role requires a valid LPN/LVN/RN license and at least 2 years as a Director in Assisted Living or Memory Care, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• A valid LPN, LVN, or RN license.
• Minimum 2 years as Director in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Proven leadership skills with team-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise wellness staff, recruit, hire, train and evaluate.
• Complete nursing assessments and care plans; review with families.
• Monitor MAR/eMAR and ensure accurate resident data tracking.
• Coordinate services with home health, hospice and other agencies.
• Fulfill charge nurse duties to evaluate efficiency and care.
• Collaborate with Executive and Sales Directors on move-ins.
