What You'll Do:

  • Resident-Centered Care: Provide personalized, dignified, and holistic care that enhances residents' well-being and quality of life. Foster meaningful connections by valuing their unique stories, preferences, and needs.
  • Manage the Crew: Lead our nursing and resident assistant team, ensuring everyone is aligned and performing their best.

  • Healthcare Maven: Work with doctors and healthcare professionals on medication management, wound care, and other health services.

What You Bring:

  • Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management experience within a nursing department.
  • Healthcare Education: Bachelor's degree and active LPN license required.
  • Hands-on Experience: Experience in a long-term care facility is a bonus!
  • Commitment to Resident Care: Demonstrate a genuine dedication to high-quality, resident-centered care promoting dignity and well-being.

Physical Demands:
