Lotus Village Senior Living seeks a dedicated Wellness Director to lead clinical operations in our assisted living and memory care community. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep knowledge of senior care regulations and a passion for resident well-being.

Responsibilities include overseeing resident care, assessments, care planning, staff supervision, medication management, and collaboration with families and healthcare partners to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN license in Georgia.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care.
• Strong background in assessments, care planning, and team management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care, ensuring wellness and clinical excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-move-in assessments, quarterly evaluations, and admissions to develop personalized care plans.
• Supervise and mentor care staff, CNAs, and medication aides to foster a high-performing team.
• Oversee medication management, including proper administration and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and the Executive Director to deliver holistic, person-centered care.
• Monitor and drive quality initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and outcomes.
• Stay current with state and federal regulations to ensure compliance and exceed industry standards.

What We're Looking For:
