Job summary

You’ll guide clinical operations, develop a strong care team, and ensure personalized, high-quality care in a supportive and engaging environment while meeting AHCA requirements.

This full-time on-site leadership role requires Florida RN/LPN licensure, CPR, and 3–5+ years in senior living or healthcare leadership; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Florida.
• CPR certification.
• 3–5+ years of experience in senior living or healthcare leadership.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations.
• Experience with staffing, budgeting, and EHR systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead wellness operations, including nursing and caregiver teams.
• Ensure timely assessments, individualized care plans, and accurate documentation.
• Oversee medication management (ordering, administration, compliance).
• Coordinate care with providers and respond to resident health needs.
• Drive fall prevention, incident management, and quality outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing care team.
• Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and workforce planning.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing education to team members.
• Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA regulations and community policies.
• Lead survey readiness efforts and regulatory audits.
• Maintain resident rights and privacy.
• Manage department budget, payroll, and staffing costs.
• Identify efficiencies while maintaining care standards.
• Provide clinical on-call support as needed.
• Build strong relationships with residents and families.
• Communicate care plans and provide education and support.
• Promote wellness programs that enhance quality of life.
• Assist with resident mobility (with support)
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• TB screening and background checks compliance

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring
