Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse credentials are preferred, with CDP training within 90 days; leadership and revenue management experience are valued as you guide care plans, evaluations, and 1440 care standards for residents.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced clinical leader to join our team as a Wellness Director / Resident Care Director. This role is responsible for overseeing resident care, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety within our community.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred; however, we welcome candidates with strong clinical backgrounds such as Respiratory Therapists or other healthcare professionals with leadership experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
The Wellness Director is responsible for the overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services by delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance and leading employee connections within our community.
This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
