Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking guest-focused dining professionals to join the founding team for fall 2026. You will serve organic cuisine, educate guests about our wellness hospitality, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

Flexible availability, 1–2 years in a fast-paced food environment, excellent communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required. Canyon Ranch offers a generous health plan, 25 days of personal time off, life insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced food environment.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
• Fluent English to clearly explain menus and take orders.
• Positive, guest-focused attitude with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve clean, organic and sustainable cuisine to guests.
• Educate, connect, and build lasting relationships with guests.
• Set up and break down the dining room per SOPs.
• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver meals courteously.
• Check in with guests throughout meals and anticipate needs.
• Represent Canyon Ranch as an ambassador to immerse guests in a holistic wellness experience.
