Job summary

Heritage Health - Idaho is seeking a Registered Dietitian to promote healthy eating and nutrition for patients and staff. You will tailor individual or group meal plans and support wellness initiatives within a patient-centered medical home framework.

Ideal candidates hold a nutrition/dietetics degree, full Idaho licensure, and have 1–2 years of RD experience. CPR certification or completion within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics and successfully completed the Registration Exam for Dietitians.
• Idaho Dietitian License required.
• CPR certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient health education needs through health assessments and provide nutrition education.
• Establish SMART goals with participants to drive success.
• Contribute to the development of company wellness programs.
• Administer the company's wellness programs.
• Develop a monthly nutritious meal plan.
• Promote nutrition through public speaking and community outreach.
• Role is part of Heritage Health PCMH Care Team.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
