Job summary

FLIPANY is seeking a community-focused Wellness Coordinator – Site Distribution Staff/Data Specialist to support health equity and food security initiatives in Deerfield Beach. You will work with community members, schools, and partners to ensure food distributions and wellness activities run smoothly, data is accurate, and programs meet reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in public health, community health, nonprofit programs, or data management.
• Experience with data collection, data entry, surveys, spreadsheets, databases, or documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of FLIPANY’s food pantry markets and distribution programs.
• Ensure food distribution activities are safe, efficient, and timely at locations.
• Recruit and engage community members in food pantry markets and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate and direct volunteers and students during distributions.
• Maintain relationships with staff, volunteers, participants, and community partners.
• Administer participant registration and check-in, including QR codes and forms.
• Manage pre- and post-program surveys and documentation.
• Enter and organize participant and program data in data management systems.
• Maintain records to support grant requirements, reporting, and deliverables.
• Assist with outreach and marketing for pantry markets and wellness initiatives.
