Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage of Wellness Center phone and front desk as needed.
• Manage Wellness scheduling for caregivers and med techs.
• Take physician orders (telephone or written) and document per state regulation.
• Transcribe physician orders to medication records and chart; discontinue meds as ordered.
• Maintain wellness records and assist with updates to resident service plans.
• Maintain documentation binder, alert charting, and incident reports.
