Primary Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound calls from behavioral health providers.
  2. Collect and document detailed clinical information for authorization requests.
  3. Navigate multiple computer databases efficiently during calls.
  4. Collaborate with care advocates and educate providers on behavioral health benefits.
  5. Maintain compliance with quality and departmental metrics.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience in a call center or medical/behavioral setting, proficiency with computers, and residence in Washington. Preferred qualifications include additional healthcare experience, especially with managed care or community mental health.
