This role blends front desk duties with community outreach and teamwork. Starting pay is $17/hour with bonuses, earning potential up to $25/hour, plus a free chiropractic membership and ongoing training to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to educate patients on wellness plans and memberships.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and memberships.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Willing to work a schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and energy.
• Assist new patients to feel welcomed and confident in choosing our clinic.
• Educate patients on wellness plans, packages, and memberships.
• Communicate value of ongoing chiropractic care.
• Support clinic goals for new patients, memberships and growth.
• Check patients in, process payments, answer phones, and maintain records.
• Build relationships with patients and keep them engaged in care.
• Collaborate with doctors to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Encourage referrals and community outreach.
• Keep the clinic clean and organized; ready for patients.
