Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-paced retail or healthcare environment.
• Bilingual preferred and helpful in serving a diverse patient base.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to patients, aligning with chiropractors' treatment plans.
• Convert inquiries into long-term patients using persuasive sales skills.
• Greet patients, build rapport, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
• Manage patient flow, inventory, POS transactions, and accurate patient records.
