Job summary

Maple Meadows Assisted Living in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead a team of caregivers and promote resident wellness. You will arrange nursing services as needed and support facility policies under the Wellness Director, while continuing leadership and communication development.

The role requires at least one year of health care or assisted living experience, and CPR certification. This is a full-time, on-site position with various shift options and benefits.

• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Current CPR certification.
