About The Role

The Wellness Coordinator LPN at Belmont Village Senior Living will oversee and manage clinical and care aspects of the community, supporting the Director of Nursing in wellness initiatives, regulatory compliance, and quality monitoring. You must be a licensed nurse – LVN, LPN, or RN. Your responsibilities include communicating with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and team members; ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow‑up; and leading Caregivers and Medication Technicians when applicable. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy in a fast‑paced, physically active environment, collaborating effectively and prioritizing exceptional hospitality to help seniors thrive.

Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the community Wellness Center
• Follow up on physicians’ orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers, and report any changes of condition or relevant clinical care information to physicians and families
• Administer medication to an assigned group of residents according to physicians’ orders and document any adverse reactions or clinical observations
• Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by supervising Medication Technicians and Caregivers
• Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict resolution constructively
• Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports
• Assist the Director of Resident Care Services in regulatory compliance and enhancing resident satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining and training for infection control and hazard communication programs

Minimum Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN nursing license in the state where the community is located
• CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
• Minimum one year of medication administration experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
• Professional, pleasant, and team‑oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
