Job summary

Solage Management Inc is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join Auberge Collection properties, focusing on spa, fitness, and retail experiences. You will schedule treatments, greet guests, and assist with merchandise sales to enhance guest visits.

Maintain spa areas in pristine condition, advise on treatments, handle reservations and billing, support retail merchandising, and address guest concerns. Participation in training programs is expected.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry, the spa and wellness industry, or from within the retail industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an outgoing team.
• Possess excellent communication style and skills.
• Prior customer service experience/luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Combination of education and work experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Spa areas in a spotless condition and maintain the common areas of the spa in between appointments.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the treatments and the ability to recommend and suggestive selling.

• Use good judgement and maintain discretion and diplomacy while performing job duties.
• Participate in all designated programs, meetings, and training.

The starting pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour plus tips. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
