Job summary

SilverCrest's Summit Place Senior Campus in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Wellness Coordinator for full-time work at Summit Place Senior Campus. The role offers $20.00 - $22.00/hour and a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with hours varying and Saturday 7:30am–1:00pm.

Responsibilities include leading personal training and group fitness, creating wellness programs for members, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and delivering a balanced health approach tailored to individuals.

Qualifications

• Field experience working with seniors, multi-diagnostic groups, and/or special populations (preferred).
• Personal training and group fitness experience on land and in water (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Exercise/Fitness (required).

• Offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, and improve overall wellbeing.
• Plan and implement individualized, balanced health and wellness programs for all members.

• Provide an overall balanced approach to health and wellness based on individual members.
