Job summary

Glow Brands is opening a new Wellness City location in Kentucky and is seeking founding team members to deliver exceptional customer service and personalized wellness guidance. You will promote sunless tanning, UV services and retail products while building lasting client relationships.

Starting pay ranges up to $15.50/hour with a guaranteed $13.00/hour and performance bonuses that can boost earnings by up to $2.50/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to every guest.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their wellness goals.
• Recommend wellness services, sunless tanning options, UV equipment, and retail products based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
• Clean and sanitize spa, sunless, and UV equipment between client visits.
• Assist with laundry, inventory organization, and general housekeeping duties.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and laundry tasks.
