Earn Up to $15.50 Per Hour*

*Guaranteed Starting Pay: $13.00/hour or higher

*Performance-Based Bonuses: Average up to extra $2.50/hour.**

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to every guest.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their wellness goals.
• Recommend wellness services, sunless tanning options, UV equipment, and retail products based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
• Clean and sanitize spa, sunless, and UV equipment between client visits.
• Assist with laundry, inventory organization, and general housekeeping duties.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and clean equipment and work areas.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies or boxes as needed.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and laundry tasks.
