Massage Envy Circle C Ranch is hiring to support our wellness-focused team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care and the Massage Envy Wellness Program, book services, and encourage homecare retail purchases.

You will help manage clinic flow and build a loyal client base through in-person and outreach efforts. We offer full-time and part-time positions, a flexible schedule, training, and employee discounts on services and products.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Excellent math and computer skills; ability to multitask
• Great people skills; establish positive relationships with guests
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on services, booking future appointments, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base in-person and through phone/email outreach
