Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with multitasking ability.
• People skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services for total body care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Schedule services, answer calls and emails, and assist with clinic flow.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
