Job summary

Executive Health Lounge by FaithCare Health in Honolulu, HI seeks a Clinic Community Liaison for a startup-phase, part-time role with flexible hours (approximately 10–30 hours per week). The position focuses on outreach, relationship-building, events, and connecting local partners with our services.

You will represent the clinic in the community, coordinate open houses, wellness pop-ups, and corporate wellness introductions, and help grow awareness while ensuring HIPAA and ethical marketing

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing or community outreach.
• Ability to build partnerships with local businesses.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort presenting to executives and partners.
• Ability to follow up consistently and meet outreach goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent Executive Health Lounge professionally.
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns and events.
• Schedule meetings with potential partners.
• Distribute promotional materials.
• Track outreach in the CRM.
• Support social media and local marketing.
• Report feedback to clinic leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
