Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, schools, senior centers, and community organizations
• Conduct outreach visits to physician offices, businesses, and community groups
• Coordinate and represent the clinic at health fairs, community events, and networking functions
• Identify partnership opportunities for occupational health and employer services
• Deliver presentations about clinic services and healthcare access
• Collaborate with marketing team to execute outreach campaigns
• Track outreach efforts, referral sources, and partnership outcomes
• Support patient growth initiatives and brand visibility strategies
