Job description

The John Rolfe Family YMCA is seeking part-time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. This position starts at $14.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for candidates who can work the opening shifts.

DUTIES of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will provide certification! We are eager to find candidates with a background in wellness.
