YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Wellness Coach Level II to build personalized member relationships and support health and wellness programs. You will monitor the wellness center floor, ensure safety policies are followed, and help members achieve their fitness goals.
The role requires knowledge of weightlifting, health concepts, and strong customer service. You will complete trainings like Coach Approach and YUSA courses within 60 days and maintain certifications to serve members effectively.

Under the direction of the Wellness Director, the Wellness Coach Level II will build personalized relationships that will support all members, through our signature programs. The Wellness Coach Level II must perform program responsibilities in accordance with the policies, organizational competencies, non-negotiables, mission, and values established by the YMCA of Metro Atlanta.
ERGONOMICS: Sitting, bending, stooping, standing, 15% repetitive keyboard work, demonstrating equipment use, lifting to 45 pounds, and exposure to noise levels at an average of 90 decibels (music) over an eight-hour day.
