The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Wellness Coach I to build personalized relationships with members, supervise the wellness center, and assist with equipment usage.
You will uphold safety guidelines, promote wellness programs, and complete required trainings and certifications within defined timelines to ensure a positive, safe member experience.

Under the direction of the Wellness Director, the Wellness Coach I will build personalized relationships that will support a positive member experience. The Wellness Coach I will oversee and manage the wellness area as well as assist members with equipment usage. The Wellness Coach must perform job responsibilities in accordance with the policies and protocols stated by the YMCA of Metro Atlanta, including scheduled cleaning of all available equipment and following member use.
Sitting, bending, stooping, standing, 15% repetitive keyboard work, demonstrating equipment use, lifting to 45 pounds, and exposure to noise levels at an average of 90 decibels (music) over an eight‑hour day.
