Job summary

Glacial Community YMCA in Watertown, Wisconsin is seeking a Wellness Coach to inspire healthy living within the community. You’ll assist members on their health journeys by providing guidance on equipment use, leading engaging sessions, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

This position offers flexibility, approximately 10-15 hours per week, and opportunities for training and development. Join a culture rooted in Christian core values and enjoy perks like a free Y membership and Kids Corner while working.

Qualifications

• Experience training, coaching or leading group fitness is preferred.
• Certifications must be obtained within first 90 days: CPR, AED, First Aid.
• Willingness to obtain additional certification as requested.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide members in the use of Wellness Center equipment.
• Lead energizing group or individual appointments.
• Keep the space clean and inviting for everyone.
