Glacial Community YMCA in Watertown, WI is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging, safe fitness classes for members and community participants.

Responsibilities include delivering routines aligned with ACE/AFAA/ACSM/NASM certifications, staying current with safety guidelines, and fostering a welcoming, energetic environment. Competitive pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour and includes a free YMCA membership.

Qualifications

• Group fitness instructor certification from ACE/AFAA/ACSM/NASM/SCW or YMCA or equivalent.
• CPR/AED/First Aid and related safety certifications must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide class routines and music in accordance with ACE, AFAA, applicable class-certifying bodies, and YMCA guidelines.
• Lead energizing, safe group exercise classes.
• Serve as a committed member of the instructor team and participate in special class events.
• Maintain all required certifications.
