Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in health education related field preferred.
• Experience implementing health-based curriculums preferred.
• Experience performing health assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with individuals and groups across the organization.
• Maintains physical presence and responds to emergencies per YMCA policies.
• Assesses health status and coaches individuals on health goals.
• Works with healthcare providers to align wellness plans with medical plans.
• Facilitates program curriculum and participant retention.
• Records and reports required program data.
