Job description

Location: Alexandria, MN and Eau Claire, WI

Achieve Health has a Wellness Coach position available for an experienced and energetic individual who has a true passion for wellness and preventative health. Individuals should be able to work independently, be self-motivated, be resourceful, and have proven abilities to multi-task and operate successfully under deadlines. Basic knowledge in nutrition, health, fitness, and health risk reduction - knowledge in tobacco cessation and stress management is a plus.

The Wellness Coach position will be responsible for helping program participants assess their current physical and emotional state, assisting participants in setting goals, and partnering with participants on plans of action to reach their overall wellness and health goals.

Individuals must be willing to perform blood pressure, weight, and body measurements as part of the coaching process - experience in taking vitals is a plus. Individuals must be flexible and accessible in terms of taking assignments. All events are planned weeks/months in advance, so we can also be flexible in working with your schedule.
