Dreamclinic Massage is seeking a Clinic Manager for the Roosevelt location in Seattle. You will lead a team of massage therapists and customer service staff, ensuring an exceptional client experience and smooth daily operations.

The role requires proven management experience in wellness, strong people skills, and the ability to coach staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance. Compensation DOE with annual bonus eligibility; health, dental, and wellness perks provided.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience in wellness or service industry.
• Strong focus on client experience and staff development.
• Able to manage daily ops, scheduling, and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead massage therapists and customer service team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Foster a positive culture, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage Profit & Loss and financial health of the Roosevelt clinic.
