Job summary

Massage Envy Stillwater is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to partner with the Clinic Manager, lead the Front Desk Sales Associate team, and support daily operations. You will help drive membership and retail sales while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will coach employees, ensure scheduling and cash handling, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role offers leadership growth and a positive, wellness-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Has previous leadership, supervisory, customer service, or sales experience.
• Massage Envy experience is highly preferred or experience in wellness/hospitality/retail.
• Natural leader who motivates, coaches and supports others.
• Leads by example with professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident handling difficult conversations respectfully.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Organized, dependable and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinic Manager to support daily clinic operations.
• Lead, coach and develop the Front Desk Sales Associate team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help drive membership and retail sales and hit clinic performance goals.
• Lead by example to provide an outstanding experience for every member and guest.
• Assist with onboarding, training and coaching of staff to grow and succeed.
• Support scheduling, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory and operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Resolve client concerns while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
• Foster a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and connected to the clinic's mission.
• Step into leadership when the Clinic Manager is unavailable.
